In a pot on the stove bring to a boil the following:
3 cups water
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup espresso grounds
Boil 30 minutes
let cool
2 tsp vanilla
1 vanilla bean
to
750mL vodka
when the mixture from the stove has cooled
pour into a storage vessel
add vodka vanilla mixture
Store the mixture for four weeks shaking at least once a week to mix it up. In four weeks it's ready to filter out the sediment and bottle!
