Horseradish

We were given some horseradish and simple instructions to make your own prepared horseradish.

1) Peel & clean the horseradish roots
2) put it in a food processor DO NOT OPEN INSIDE
3) take food processor, without base, outside with small jars
4) empty shredded horseradish into the jars, pack it in
5) add vinegar to jars until it reaches the top then put the lid on and keep it refrigerated
