seafood and soba

We were given a lovely gift for our grill and could not wait to test it out! A new grate with a removable center and cast iron pan.
We decided to do scallops in the new pan. We did a quick oil and herbs that we brushed on the salmon and tossed the scallops in. Threw some asparagus on the grill and had a cold soba salad.



Soba Salad
cooked soba
sweet peas & green beans from our garden
thinly sliced baby bella mushrooms
chives from our garden

Dressing
sesame oil
rice vinegar
soy sauce
little maple syrup
minced ginger
minced garlic
