Bourbon Pecan Shortbread




In a food processor combine
1/4 cup pecans
1 cup flour
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Cream together
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon bourbon
Add butter mixture to food processor
Press the dough into a greased removable bottom 8 inch cake pan, bake at 325 for 30 minutes
Let cool about 10 minutes, while still warm cut into slices
