As I've started getting the yard ready for the winter I decided we should add a bed for our herbs instead of moving around all their pots for another year. My husband built the bed with slits cut out so I could insert flashing to keep the mint from taking over the whole bed. I lined the bed with ground cloth, inserted the flashing, filled the bed with compost and transplanted the herbs. It's a little late in the year for this but hopefully next year they'll all come back up.
