Labor Day Weekend is huge party every year. We head up to New Hampshire to camp in the yard and enjoy time with family and friends. This year is a smaller group and the weekend is going to be cut short for a family wedding on Sunday so we came up last night. Today we did some cooking because we're in charge of dinner for about 20 people tomorrow night. We decided to do gazpacho, tabouli, hummus, baba ganoush and do some lamb and chicken on the grill. We wanted the flavors have time to meld and tomorrow to be relaxing so we spent a lot of the day in the kitchen. With all the food done - except for grilling the meat which we'll do tomorrow, we can spend tomorrow relaxing.

Weekend Starts Early
