Pumpkin Tart


It feels like fall... we're having friends over for dinner Saturday night so I thought I'd try a seasonal desert. I had pie crust in the freezer so I got a can of Libby's Pumpkin and followed the recipe on the can. Instead of making one big pie I rolled out the dough, cut rounds and put them in muffin tins and then filled those with the pie filling. It took about half an hour to bake. And topped it off with some fresh whipped whipping cream.
