Pumpkin Time

With Halloween days away it was time to get our pumpkins ready... and the best part, eating the seeds.

After gutting the pumpkin, I separated out the seeds and tossed them with oil and salt.


Then I put them on a cookie sheet in the oven at 350, stirring them every 15 minutes, until they were golden brown.
This should help keep my had out of the trick-or-treat candy and snacking on seeds instead.
