More Pretzel Dips

Since we've figured out how to make spent grain pretzels we decided to try out some more dipping sauces.

Honey Mustard
Mix together
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
3/4 cups honey
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
salt and pepper

Chocolate Stout Ganache
in a double boiler combine
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons chocolaté stout beer
1 tablespoon milk
mix together until smooth
